Tom & Blank is back once again, as this time I sat down with the most nifty fellow in the entire world, one of my best friends, and the best independent wrestling sound engineer in history, Nick Maniwa! He took an indy wrestling voyage throughout central Indiana this past weekend which led him to Sideshow Wrestling in Nashville, IN and the Insanity Pro Best of the Super Juniors Tournament in Indianapolis (a show that included B-Boy, Ricochet, Flip Kendrick, Billy Roc, & Chuck Taylor, amongst others), so we talked about it. The discussion topics included crazy ladies in podunk towns who go to wrestling shows, modern mixed big person/midget tag matches, whether circus-themed wrestling could work as a niche ironic product in bigger cities, Super Chicken Tickets, show pacing issues, the importance of decent video production quality when trying to sell DVD's, B-Boy's hugs, and Dick Towel. Everyone else is, after all. 90+ minutes of friendliness and cleanliness!

Let's see... what's been up with me since the last time I forreal wrote a blog/LJ....

- Been hanging out with Cari, Clayton and Chris a lot. I feel left out cos I don't have a C name. I love them guys. We went to Gattiland (pizza/arcade place) on Saturday to celebrate Clayton's B-day (which was tuesday). It was awesome. We ate pizza and played games, it was the life. Clayton picked up a belt and said it was my christmas present. It was a little kid's belt then I look on it and it says NICHOLAS on it. It was destiny. After that, we went back to their house, Me and Chris acted gay for some dude for Denmark, he didn't react, sadly. We went to the grocery, I ate some ice cream and it was delicious. A perfect day.

- I've been talking to this girl for a while. She's pretty rad but she lives far away. She'll hopefully be visiting soon. Gotta work over the Mom on that idea. She's the shit. She knows people I know and she likes wrestling. Like forreal likes it, doesn't just go to shows to talk to people.

- I got IWA MS this weekend. Indy then Joliet. Should be fun. I haven't seen most of the people since March 1st. Plus a Chikara car is coming in, which I love. I get to see Tom too, who I haven't seen since December. Tom rules. I'm missing Thunder over Louisville, thank god.

- Johnny Bravo was on Parental Control this morning, me and Coco made fun of him. It rocked. Coco is good people.

- I made Clayton a figure of himself for his b-day, he loved it.

- It's felt really good outside then it started raining, fucking lame.

- I think I'm hanging out with Shaina next weekend, should be a blast. We got some ideas for things that should be awesome.

- I'm getting Chikara King of Trios soon which should be awesome. I love Chikara.

- Wrestlemania was pretty fun. Flair/HBK was worth the whole show. Incredible finish. WWE has been pretty good cept this past week's RAW which was TERRIBLE.

- The Office returns tonight and I'm super excited. I can't wait for it.

- I need a job, anyone need a soup cooler downer or birthday candle blower outter. I'd be excellent at that cos I blow.

Besides that, nothing else has been up. Same ol shit, different day. The Ian Rotten Roast is released on DVD, everyone should buy it and laugh at how awkward I look. The menus fucking rock though. Ian is opening up a new building/school, I think I may try to start training this year. Just need to get in better shape. I also want to do some standup this year. I think with the roast, it just made me think about it more. Hopefully I can do both and wrestle broads like Andy Kaufman.
